A Little Bit About Blue Diamond Family Pups!

Our names are Dean and Esther Burkholder, and we live with our five children on a small 10-acre farm. Our little farm is home to beef cows, a cat named Miles, a horse named Trigger, and our sweet dogs. Our love for animals kind of speaks for itself, doesn’t it? Things took off when our kids were small—four and two years old—and we brought home a pretty little Bichon they played with constantly. After a while, we had a litter of six puppies, and they made us so happy that we thought about raising more. Shortly after, we started helping other families enjoy the joy that only puppies bring.

Some breeds captured our hearts as time went on, and we chose to stick with those—especially Miniature Goldendoodles. Over time, we’ve found other dedicated family breeders and partnered with them because they stick to the same strict breeding methods we use. It opens the door for us to give more customers great Mini Goldendoodles—not just the ones raised here with us. Each of our puppies gets professional ENS training starting on day two and continuing through their second week. Our dogs are an important part of life on our farm, and we’ve become very experienced at raising Mini Goldendoodles. We also work with trusted delivery teams who can bring your puppy safely and affordably to your home in Nevada, Iowa.
