Refund & Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy is: For puppies without any genetic defects,

 We will take back your puppy but  we can’t offer you a full refund .

On returned puppies , we will refund you the customer 50% of the original cost of the puppy excluding any delivery fees and taxes

To be eligible for a return, your puppy must be on a vet recommended vaccination & deworming schedule and in good health.

To complete your return, we require  the original Vet Certificate , Health Guarantee  and Vaccination & Deworming Schedule that was included with your puppy purchase.

On partial refunds the seller has 30 days to pay out the 50% puppy refund.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days, first check the method of payment used to buy your puppy as we normally refund

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
