We couldn’t say Cody was depressed like Eeyore but we totally think he has the same mellow vibes as our favorite donkey from childhood! This boy is humble, analytical, and prefers to play with soft things that complement his warm fuzzy energy! He is persnickety about his playmates- so anyone presenting too much drama in his perimeter wouldn’t be considered a close friend as Cody prefers to lay and play without too many cares in the world! Our pup tends to be perfectly content living in his own world and marching to the low and slow beat to his own drum. We expect Cody to have a stubborn streak when he’s made to do something he doesn’t want to do- but we know with time, encouragement, and a little bit of reciprocated stubbornness he’ll come around to live a full life! Cody is looking for retirees or empty nesters who have calm daily lives where he can feel safe with routine and a quieter atmosphere! If you are looking for a lower energy love bug- Cody is the one for you! Cody did show a cosmetic issue of a slight underbite on the vet exam. Our vet stated that this is a characteristic trait in this breed and that it doesnt bother the eating in any way.
