Customers may pay a $500 Early Access Fee to gain early selection privileges for a specific litter. Puppy selections will be made in the order that Early Access reservations are received. This fee must be received to secure your Early Access spot. 

1. Selection Process 

You will get to make your final choice when puppies are 7-8 weeks old. Once the litter has been evaluated by our attending veterinarian, temperament tested by our puppy trainer, Kimberly, and new photos and videos have been taken by our Blue Diamond Family Pups photographer, customers will be invited to make their puppy selection via links shared from each puppy’s details page. 

Customers will have 12 hours after receiving their selection links to choose their preferred puppy. We ask that each customer respect our other families by making their selection within this timeframe. 

2. Nonrefundable Fee & Transfer Policy 

The $500 Early Access Fee is nonrefundable, even if the customer decides not to select a puppy from the reserved litter. If no puppy is chosen, the customer’s Early Access spot may be transferred to another available litter spot at no additional charge. 

3. Pickup or Delivery 

Please be sure to indicate your pickup or delivery preference when reserving your Early Access spot. Customers must provide complete contact information and delivery address to ensure proper coordination. 

4. Final Payment 

The full puppy purchase fee is due in full at pickup or a few days prior to delivery.
